charter

Preamble

Since its inception in 2021, LoopIn has been working to set up a virtuous, sustainable, and just system for current and future creators, as well as for their audience and partners.

We aim to highlight the best of influence; one that is in tune with current concerns, enriches the mind, entertains while encouraging reflection, and is authentic, transparent, and responsible.

These values are the foundation of our daily work and are at the heart of our development model.

Through this charter, we want to provide a public framework for these values and commitments so that creators and all internal and external stakeholders working with us can understand the code of conduct that guides our actions.

This charter is a new step in aligning our actions with our values.

We want to establish a lasting and trusting relationship between us, partners, creators, and the audience.

Every day, we face many choices that can sometimes challenge our commitments. This charter is our decision-making tool, inspired by our values, past mistakes, and the ambition to avoid future ones.

I - A Clear Framework

1 - Financial Transparency

Our Goal

Complete transparency on collaboration terms, especially financial ones, with all internal and external stakeholders.

Implementation
  • A mobile application for our creators that allows a real-time overview of their activity
  • Free access for creators to contracts made with brands and agencies via the app
  • A transparent 25% commission: it's the same for everyone and is public.

2 - Fair and Quick Remuneration for All

Our Goal

Ensure that the majority of the influence budget invested by the brand goes quickly and directly to the creators, not to multiple intermediaries. This proves that influence has a strong impact with controlled costs for brands.

Implementation
  • Creators are paid within 24 hours when the operation is in euros so they can reinvest immediately.
  • Reduction in the number of intermediaries that negatively impact the compensation of creators and the ROI of brands.
  • Pricing based on quantitative criteria (number of views and engagements) as well as qualitative ones (creativity, production level, research time, etc).

3 - Addressing Everyone's Mental Health

Our Goal

Develop a nurturing and healthy work environment for our teams and creators to protect everyone from burnout.

Implementation
  • Respecting the right to disconnect for collaborators and creators
  • No contractual obligation for creators to produce content
  • Refusal to cater to unfounded external urgencies that put unnecessary pressure on our teams and creators

To us, the real urgency is fighting climate change (Read the IPCC report here).

II - Authentic Collaborations

1 - Campaigns with a Purpose…

Our Goal

Collaborations that are thought out and developed to best align the brand's world with the creator's.

Implementation
  • Collaborations are chosen based on relevance, compatibility of values and universes
  • Total transparency with the creator about campaign challenges and expected outcomes
  • The possibility for the creator to decline a collaboration that doesn't resonate with them.

2 - … and Respectful Ones

Our Goal

Ensure respect for everyone through transparent, nurturing, and value-respecting collaborations and the creativity of the creator.

Implementation
  • Respect for the creator and their audience
  • No pressure on content, format, or publishing schedule
  • Respect for the values and creativity of the creator.

III - Our Commitments for a Better World

1 - Fighting Climate Change

Our Goal

Actively support the fight against climate change, being aware of the impact of our industry.

Implementation
  • Reduction of our carbon footprint, especially by limiting travel and preferring soft modes of transport.
  • Financial support for reforestation and conservation projects.
  • Regular awareness campaigns for our teams, creators, and partners on climate issues.

2 - Inclusion and Diversity

Our Goal

Actively promote and support inclusion and diversity in our industry and beyond.

Implementation
  • Recruitment open to everyone without discrimination.
  • Regular training for our teams on inclusion and diversity issues.
  • Partnership with organizations that promote inclusion and diversity.

Conclusion

LoopIn commits to updating this charter based on feedback and societal developments. We are convinced that by listening to everyone and adapting, we can build a better world for all.
